Legal requirements for your accommodation

On May 16, 2017 the initial term stipulated in the Decree of the Junta de Andalucía ends, for the regulation, registration and registration of accommodations in the Tourist Registry of the Government of Andalusia.

From that date on, the Board will be able to begin inspecting such registration by viewing the advertisements for this type of lodging published on the different web platforms, where advertisers are required, according to their decree, to the publication in the Own announcement, the number or code, provided by the Tourist Office to those who have made such registration.
The mere fact of not publishing in the announcement, said code, would be configuring a breach of this regulation (in force since May 16, 2016) and would enable the notification by the Junta de Andalucía, the “infringing owners” For the regulation of that lodging and the application of sanctions in the cases that so contemplates that Decree.
